A SWOT analysis is a technique that examines each possible factor in these separate aspects concerning your business venture. SWOT analyses are useful in a way that they are highlighting what is a hazard to your business and what you lack so that you can then eliminate those hazards.  The vision statement for my business is; "Scarlett SFX will establish a quality of product that is both affordable for those who don't have masses of funding available, and is of the highest quality - becoming the supplier for independent businesses and individuals." The mission statement of my business is; "Rebuilding the relationship between customer and businessperson, and supplying institutions and individuals with custom commissioned products that are affordable."
